含LPSO相Mg-Y-Cu合金的腐蚀行为Corrosion behavior of Mg-Y-Cu alloy with long period stacking ordered phase

摘要(Abstract):
采用重力铸造方法制备了4种Mg_(100-3x)Y_(2x)Cu_x(x=0.5,1,1.5和2 at%)合金,借助扫描电镜观察了合金的铸态组织,采用浸泡试验和电化学试验研究了合金的耐蚀性。结果表明:随着Y、Cu含量的增加,合金中LPSO相的体积分数显著增加,其形貌也由不连续网状和孤岛状共存转变为连续网状分布。LPSO相对合金的腐蚀具有双重作用。Mg_(98.5)Y_1Cu_(0.5)合金的耐腐蚀性能最佳,Mg_(97)Y_2Cu_1合金的耐蚀性能最差,4种合金按照耐腐蚀性能由高到低排序为:Mg_(98.5)Y_1Cu_(0.5)>Mg_(95.5)Y_3Cu_(1.5)>Mg_(94)Y_4Cu_2>Mg_(97)Y_2Cu_1。
