焊后热处理对高Cr铁素体耐热钢焊接接头的影响Influence of post-weld heat treatment on welded joint of high Cr ferritic heat-resistant steel

摘要(Abstract):
研究了焊后热处理(PWHT)保温时间的变化对新型高Cr铁素体耐热钢焊接接头焊缝的组织形态,焊接接头的拉伸性能以及沉淀相的分布、颗粒尺寸等的影响。结果表明,随着保温时间的延长,马氏体板条尺寸逐渐增加,位错密度降低,组织发生了再结晶;大部分的M23C6沉淀相位于晶界/亚晶界,且颗粒尺寸比晶内的大得多,并逐渐粗化长大,几乎观察不到MX相的变化;焊接接头的拉伸性能随保温时间的延长逐渐升高,但受组织回复和再结晶的影响,增长速率逐渐降低。
