氮势对0.25C-2.5Cr-Mo钢气体渗氮后磨损性能的影响Effects of nitrogen potential on sliding wear performance of 0. 25C-2. 5Cr-Mo steel after gas nitriding

摘要(Abstract):
对0.25C-2.5Cr-Mo钢进行气体渗氮,研究了在不同氮势下渗氮层的组织、硬度、相组成及耐磨性。结果显示,当氮势为0.5时获得近似γ'单相化合物层,且其厚度均匀在11μm左右,显示了其在油润滑条件下良好的耐磨性。
