激光热处理对1Cr5Mo钢焊接接头慢拉伸性能的影响Effects of laser heat treatment on stress corrosion cracking behavior of 1Cr5Mo steel welded joint

摘要(Abstract):
利用CO2激光对1Cr5Mo耐热钢焊接接头进行表面热处理,通过慢应变速率试验研究激光热处理对其在NACE溶液中应力腐蚀开裂敏感性的影响。利用扫描电镜分析了激光热处理前后焊接接头断口形貌和腐蚀物化学成分组成,探讨了扫描速度对焊接接头应力腐蚀性能的影响机理。结果表明,激光热处理后焊接接头抗应力腐蚀性提高,腐蚀敏感性指数由33.9%下降到23%;激光扫描速度对1Cr5Mo耐热钢焊接接头应力腐蚀性能有一定的影响,其中扫描速度为400 mm/min时应力腐蚀敏感指数最小。
