挤压热处理对211Z铝合金晶间腐蚀性能的影响Effect of extrusion-heat treatment on intergranular corrosion of 211Z aluminum alloy

摘要(Abstract):
对比研究了211Z铸造试样和热挤压变形试样经峰值时效热处理后的显微组织、晶间腐蚀前后的力学性能变化及晶间腐蚀程度。研究结果表明:铸造试样的晶间腐蚀等级为4级,而挤压试样的晶界腐蚀等级为3级,挤压热处理后在一定程度上改善了211Z合金的抗晶间腐蚀能力,并且经晶间腐蚀后其力学性能的下降程度明显小于铸造试样的。其原因在于:热挤压处理使得晶间沉淀相在晶界上更加弥散分布,降低了晶界无沉淀带的长度和宽度,破坏了晶间腐蚀的连续通道所致。
