时效温度对Ti-6Al-4V合金组织性能的影响Effect of aging temperature on microstructure and properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy

摘要(Abstract):
Ti-6Al-4V合金经940℃固溶1.5 h后水淬,再经过480~540℃时效8 h,加工成标准试样进行拉伸和双剪试验。分析断口形貌和组织,研究时效温度对组织性能的影响。结果表明,时效温度为520℃时,材料的抗拉强度和抗剪强度达到最高值;拉伸试样断口韧窝呈卵形,韧窝较深,但大小不均;室温组织晶界清晰,片层状结构明显。说明通过适当的时效温度,合理控制初生α相的晶粒尺寸,以及次生α相的形态及片层厚度,对改善材料的综合性能有积极作用。
