氢陷阱对临氢钢氢扩散系数测定的影响Effect of hydrogen traps on measurement of diffusion coefficient of hydrogen in steel for exposure to hydrogen environment

摘要(Abstract):
采用双电解池电化学氢渗透法测试氢在临氢钢中的扩散系数,并通过对比修正前后氢渗透公式的拟合结果,评价临氢钢中的氢陷阱对氢扩散行为的影响。结果表明:氢陷阱会降低氢扩散系数的测量值,并导致不同厚度试样的测量值存在差异。从材料均匀性方面考虑,选取较厚的试样应获得更准确的测试值。
