3004铝合金动态应变时效的微观机理

摘要(Abstract):
在应变速率为5.56×10-5~5.56×10-3s-1的范围内,从223~773K,每间隔25K,对3004铝合金进行系列拉伸试验;通过激活能的计算、内耗研究、微观组织观察和能谱分析,探讨3004铝合金动态应变时效的微观机制。结果表明:经动态应变时效后,出现了内耗温度峰;位错组态严重缠结,在缠结处存在Mg原子,认为该合金的动态应变时效现象是由于Mg溶质原子气团通过空位扩散与运动中的位错交互作用的结果,与原始状态析出相的存在无关。
