443铁素体不锈钢随焊激冷焊接接头的组织性能Microstructure and properties of welded joints with trailing intense cooling for 443ferritic stainless steel

摘要(Abstract):
针对铁素体不锈钢焊接接头晶粒粗大的特征,采用钨极氩弧焊随焊冷却方法对443铁素体不锈钢进行焊接,分析其焊接接头组织性能,并与自然冷却条件下焊接接头的组织性能进行了对比。研究结果表明,采用随焊冷却的方法细化了焊接接头热影响区的晶粒,提高了焊接接头力学性能,特别是冲击性能得到较大提高。晶间腐蚀试验表明443不锈钢焊接接头有良好的耐晶间腐蚀性能;探讨了随焊冷却方法改善焊接接头组织性能的影响因素和机理。
