固溶处理对2205双相不锈钢点蚀性能的影响Effects of solid solution treatment on pitting corrosion behavior of 2205 duplex stainless steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用金相显微镜、电子能谱分析仪、透射电子显微镜、FeCl3溶液浸泡法和循环极化曲线法研究了固溶处理对2205双相不锈钢组织和点腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,经1050℃×2h水冷固溶处理后,实验钢中α和γ两相体积含量约各占一半,组织均匀且细化,在6%FeCl3溶液中的临界点蚀温度为45℃,在3.5%NaCl溶液中的点蚀电位Eb和保护电位Ep均为1028mV,表现出良好的耐点蚀性能。经950℃固溶处理后组织中析出σ相,σ相导致其抗点蚀性能下降。
