时效时间对2906超级双相不锈钢组织及性能的影响Effects of aging time on microstructure and properties of 2906 super duplex stainless steel

摘要(Abstract):
对经过固溶处理的2906超级双相不锈钢材料进行750℃下不同时间(2、6和10 h)的时效处理,利用OM、XRD、SEM、EDS和电化学工作站分析了时效时间对金属间相、力学性能和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:在750℃时效处理时,组织中生成σ相和γ2相,σ相和γ2相含量随着时效时间的延长而增多;时效时间越长,试样的抗拉强度及耐蚀性越差,硬度越高。
