稀土Ce对7249铝合金晶间及剥落腐蚀行为的影响Effect of cerium on intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion behavior of 7249 aluminum alloy

摘要(Abstract):
以7249高强铝合金为研究对象,通过OM、晶间腐蚀及剥落腐蚀测定等测试手段,分析探讨了稀土Ce添加量对7249铝合金晶间腐蚀及剥落腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:当稀土的添加量为0.03 mass%时,试样的晶间腐蚀最大深度仅为31.22μm,较未添加稀土时减小了30%左右;同时剥蚀等级由EC级提升为EA-级,7249铝合金的耐晶间腐蚀及剥落腐蚀性能在添加稀土适量Ce后均得以明显提高。
