回火温度对Cr5钢组织和性能的影响Influence of tempering temperature on microstructure and properties of Cr5 steel

摘要(Abstract):
通过扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了Cr5钢最终热处理后的碳化物形态分布、显微组织、断口形貌,在拉伸试验机、冲击试验机和洛式硬度计上对其力学性能进行测试。结果表明:最终热处理后组织中碳化物主要以M7C3为主,且尺寸相对细小,抗拉强度和硬度值随回火温度的升高而降低,伸长率有所提高;断口形貌由小准解理刻面逐渐向韧窝转变;回火温度为520℃时,抗拉强度、冲击功和硬度值分别为1490.24 MPa、211.8 J和51.7 HRC,与最终热处理前相比,性能得到明显改善(最终热处理前材料的抗拉强度、冲击功、硬度分别为1420 MPa、146 J、49 HRC)。
