变形参数对挤压态镍基粉末高温合金晶粒长大行为的影响Effect of deformation parameters on grain growth behavior of extruded Ni-based P/M superalloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用真空等温热变形试验机对挤压态镍基粉末高温合金试样(20 mm×20 mm×50 mm)进行等温应变梯度变形试验研究。在最大应变速率0.001~1 s~(-1)和变形温度1000~1100℃的条件下,所有试样最大应变处等温变形至应变1.0。结果表明:变形试样在标准过固溶处理前的典型微观组织形貌并无明显区别,只是晶粒尺寸大小略有区别;变形试样经过标准过固溶处理后,晶粒尺寸较为不均匀,晶粒之间尺寸差别较大,存在个别尺寸极大的晶粒,即在一定应变区间内出现了异常长大的晶粒,且随着最大应变速率的增大,存在异常长大晶粒的区域应变值逐渐降低,随着变形温度的升高,晶粒异常长大的程度逐渐加大。
