热处理对镍钛合金丝材超弹性和相变的影响Effects of heat treatment on superelasticity and phase transformation of nitinol shape memory alloy wires

摘要(Abstract):
通过差示扫描量热仪和拉伸测试等手段,研究退火温度和时间对镍钛形状记忆合金超弹性和相变的影响。拉伸测试结果表明:在400、450、500、550和600℃退火保温5、10、15、20和30 min过程中,随着退火温度升高或退火时间延长,合金的超弹性下降,低温短时退火易获得良好的超弹性。DSC测试结果表明:随退火温度的升高,马氏体-奥氏体逆相变终了温度降低;随着退火时间延长,马氏体-奥氏体逆相变终了温度逐渐升高。循环拉伸测试结果表明,随着退火温度升高或退火时间的延长,合金的残余应变不断增大。
