真空热处理对93W-5Ni-2Fe高比重合金力学性能的影响Effect of vacuum heat treatment on mechanical properties of 93W-5Ni-2Fe high specific gravity alloy

摘要(Abstract):
针对特殊用途的规格为■50 mm的93W-5Ni-2Fe高比重合金制品本体取样出现力学性能偏低的原因进行了真空热处理试验分析验证,研究真空热处理对其显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:热处理不充分是造成93W-5Ni-2Fe高比重合金产品性能偏低的主要原因,经真空热处理后,合金的力学性能得到了提高,其抗拉强度大于900 MPa、伸长率大于15%、硬度为27 HRC;未真空热处理的合金断裂机制为以钨-钨界面分离为主的脆性断裂,经真空热处理后,合金的断裂机制为典型钨颗粒穿晶解理,伴随部分粘结相撕裂。
