50%~99%可靠度齿轮弯曲疲劳极限转换系数研究Study on conversion factor of bending fatigue limit for gears from 50% to 99% reliability

摘要(Abstract):
99%可靠度下齿轮疲劳极限是齿轮传动设计的必要参数,通常可通过满足一定样本数量的疲劳试验如升降法获得。针对高可靠度疲劳极限所需试验样本量大、试验周期长的问题,基于近5年升降法试验所测得的55组不同模数的18CrNiMo7-6、20Cr2Ni4A、9310、20CrMnTi、20CrMnMo和42CrMo齿轮在渗碳、喷丸强化、离子注入、调质渗氮等工艺状态下的弯曲疲劳极限试验结果,统计分析不同可靠度下齿轮的弯曲疲劳极限,进而得到齿轮50%~99%可靠度之间的疲劳极限转换系数。结果表明:不同材料、工艺和模数的齿轮疲劳极限转换系数f_(xF)范围为0.840~0.968,均值为0.924;喷丸强化工艺使得渗碳齿轮转换系数均值提升1.64%,调质齿轮提升2.34%;将本文所得转换系数用于99%可靠度下齿轮弯曲疲劳极限的预测,与升降法结果相比,平均误差在3.00%以内;进一步应用文献数据用于99%可靠度齿轮接触疲劳极限的预测,预测误差在3.40%以内;所提出的方法相比升降法,试验样本量和试验周期减少50%,为齿轮抗疲劳和高功率密度设计提供了高效方法支撑。
