热处理对热轧不锈钢复合板组织性能的影响Effect of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of stainless steel clad plate prepared by hot rolling

摘要(Abstract):
针对热轧不锈钢304/Q345R复合板基层和复层的材质特点及其各自对热处理工艺的要求,对热轧不锈钢复合板采用了整体加热至1000℃,冷却时采取高温段(400℃以上)不锈钢层单面喷水快冷+低温段整体空冷的热处理制度。发现经热处理后,基层碳钢的强度增大,塑性达标,韧性得到明显改善,复合板结合性能良好;经草酸电解腐蚀试验发现,热处理后界面附近沟状组织变窄,并出现较宽的阶梯组织,与热处理前复层的沟状组织+混合组织相比,耐晶间腐蚀性能得到明显改善。文章指出高温段不锈钢层单面快冷+低温段整体缓冷的热处理工艺可得到综合性能优良的不锈钢复合板。
