脉冲电流处理对过共晶高铬铸铁凝固组织的影响Effect of pulse current treatment on solidification microstructure of hypereutectic high chromium cast iron

摘要(Abstract):
采用光学显微镜、XRD等手段研究了脉冲电流处理对过共晶高铬铸铁凝固过程中初生碳化物的尺寸、形态和种类的影响。结果表明:脉冲电流能够细化过共晶高铬铸铁中初生碳化物和共晶碳化物,初生碳化物由长杆状转化成规则的块状。不同温度区间内脉冲电流对初生碳化物影响效果不同,合金液相线以上(1360~1337℃)脉冲电流处理更有利于细化初生碳化物,细化效果最好,凝固全过程处理次之(1360~1276℃),液固区间处理效果最差(1337~1276℃)。
