热处理对Cr12MoV钢化学镀Ni-P/Ni-W-P镀层结构及性能的影响Influence of heat treatment on structure and properties of electroless Ni-P /Ni-W-P coatings on Cr12MoV steel

摘要(Abstract):
在Cr12MoV模具钢基体上连续镀Ni-P、Ni-W-P两种镀层,并对双层镀层进行500℃退火处理,采用结构分析法和力学性能测试法以及5%的硫酸溶液浸泡实验研究了镀层的组织、结构和性能。结果表明,双层镀层连续均匀,结合良好,镀层结构成非晶态,经过热处理后的镀层发生晶化,析出Ni3P相。与未经热处理镀层相比,其硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性明显提高。
