固溶工艺对Ti-6Al-4V铸造合金力学性能的影响Effect of solid solution treatment on mechanical properties of Ti-6Al-4V casting alloy

摘要(Abstract):
研究了在不同相区或同一相区不同固溶温度和时间下的固溶处理对Ti-6Al-4V钛合金微观组织和室温力学性能的影响。结果表明:Ti-6Al-4V钛合金在(α+β)两相区固溶处理后获得的细片层组织中晶界α相的连续性被破坏,并且粗大片层明显细化;在β相区固溶处理后的组织为具有晶内薄片α相和小的α群集的网篮状组织;与在β相区进行固溶处理获得的网篮组织的强度相比,在两相区较低温度区间(900~920℃)进行2 h固溶处理所获得的细片层组织的强度可提高8%~12%。
