内氧化法制备Cr2O3弥散强化铜复合材料Preparation of Cr2O3 dispersion strengthened copper composite by internal oxidation

摘要(Abstract):
采用内氧化法制备了Cu/Cr2O3弥散强化铜基复合材料,并利用SEM、TEM等分析手段对其性能和微观结构进行了分析。实验结果表明:随着内氧化时间和温度的增加,内氧化层深逐渐增大;随变形量的增加,试样硬度和抗拉强度逐渐升高,导电率略有降低;微观组织分析表明,在铜基体上弥散分布着大量细小均匀的Cr2O3颗粒,其粒径为5~20nm,颗粒间距为20~50nm。
