Ce对汽车气门弹簧钢65Si2CrV组织性能的影响Effect of Ce on microstructure and properties of automotive valve spring steel 65Si2CrV

摘要(Abstract):
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和力学性能测试等研究了不同含量稀土元素Ce对汽车气门弹簧钢65Si2CrV组织性能的影响。结果表明:当Ce质量分数为0.0039%时,实验钢中的珠光体片层间距最小,淬火、回火组织达到最细,强度和塑性均得到提高,力学性能最好;当Ce的质量分数达到0.0079%时,实验钢的组织开始出现粗化,力学性能下降。因此,适量Ce的添加能够实现显微组织的细化以改善气门弹簧钢的强度和塑性,过量则会导致组织粗化并伴有力学性能的下降。
