铝镀层/60Si2MnA钢淬火和回火后的组织结构与性能Microstructure and properties of the 60Si2MnA steel covered by aluminized layer after quenching and tempering

摘要(Abstract):
通过显微组织观察、X射线物相分析以及硬度和3.5%Na Cl水溶液浸泡失重等实验方法研究了铝镀层/60Si_2Mn A钢试样淬火和回火处理前后的组织结构和性能。结果表明:热浸镀铝获得的铝镀层/60Si_2Mn A钢试样经920℃淬火和480℃回火后,表层的组织结构由外层含有Al_2O_3膜和Fe-Al相的多孔层、内层呈白亮的铝固溶层和基体的回火屈氏体组成,外层和内层间结合牢固、没有出现裂纹。表层的硬度梯度由最外层的高硬度,800~934 HV快速地降低到内层的低硬度区,尔后在基体区域稍有增加后保持不变,约为420 HV,以及在3.5%Na Cl溶液中的耐蚀性将提高73%。并且,淬火加热时间还将对表层的组织结构和性能产生一定程度的影响。
