变形温度和冷却方法对粒状贝氏体组织形态的影响Effects of deformation temperature and cooling method on microstructure of granular bainite

摘要(Abstract):
为控制粒状贝氏体的组织形态,在热模拟试验机上对新研制的非调质冷镦用钢进行了研究。主要分析了变形温度和冷却方法对粒状贝氏体组织中岛状物的影响。结果表明,在给定的变形温度和冷却条件下可以得到完全的粒状贝氏体组织;变形温度和冷却方法对粒状贝氏体组织中的岛状物有明显影响。低温变形和采用快冷+缓冷的双冷速方法可细化粒状贝氏体组织中的岛状物,使岛状物的数量增加,但体积分数减少。
