保温时间对TM52/Q235瞬时液相扩散焊接接头组织和性能的影响Effect of holding time on microstructure and properties of TM52/Q235 transient liquid phase diffusion welded joint

摘要(Abstract):
以BNi2箔为中间层对TM52/Q235异种材料进行瞬时液相扩散焊接(TLP),研究了保温时间对接头界面组织、力学性能和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:TM52/Q235能实现良好的冶金结合,当保温时间为20 min时,接头的剪切强度最大,达到491.3 MPa,且剪切断口呈现明显的韧性断裂特征。接头的耐腐蚀性随着保温时间的升高呈现持续下降的趋势,当保温时间为15 min时,焊缝处形成的钝化膜最为致密,腐蚀速率最小,极化电阻R_P最高,为1880.1Ω。
