滑动率对高钒高速钢滚-滑动摩擦磨损行为的影响Effect of sliding ratio on friction-wear behavior of high vanadium high speed steel under rolling/sliding condition

摘要(Abstract):
在高应力滚滑动(滑动率约为0.5%,5%,10%)条件下,利用自制的磨损试验机研究了高钒高速钢的摩擦磨损性能,并利用电子显微镜分析了失效行为。结果表明:高应力滚滑动接触使高钒高速钢中的奥氏体转化为马氏体,并使马氏体发生严重的碎化。滑动率对高钒高速钢的摩擦磨损行为有显著影响。当滑动率为5.12%时,摩擦系数最高,滑动率升高或降低均使摩擦系数降低。随着滑动率增加,高钒高速钢的磨损率增加,其磨损失效方式逐渐由疲劳磨损为主转变为滑动磨损为主。
