多向压缩对7085铝合金挤压材组织和抗腐蚀性能的影响Effect of multi-axial compression on microstructure and corrosion resistance of 7085 aluminum alloy extrusions

摘要(Abstract):
采用晶间腐蚀、剥落腐蚀试验及金相(OM)、电子背散射衍射技术(EBSD)研究了多向压缩对合金组织和抗腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:多向压缩(MAC)可以显著细化合金晶粒(由87.7μm降低到17.9μm),晶粒细化机制主要是动态再结晶;提高合金的抗腐蚀性能,晶间腐蚀深度仅有111μm,剥落腐蚀等级为PC-。
