单相无铅Bi黄铜的组织和性能Microstructure and properties of single-phase lead free Bi-containing brass

摘要(Abstract):
在α单相黄铜基础上,通过调整Bi含量,并添加Mn、稀土元素La等,研制了一种新型无铅易切削铋黄铜。实验中采用高频感应炉熔铸出铸锭,并进行热压、退火等处理制得试样;然后通过扫描电镜观察其微观组织、X射线衍射分析其物相,并研究了其力学、抗脱锌和切削性能。结果表明,配方为:Bi 0.5%,Mn 1.0%,Zn35%,La 0.1%,铜余量所制得的试样,其各种性能均达到或超过铅黄铜HPb59-1,故可取代铅黄铜。
