热镀锌钢表面复合纳米材料硅烷膜的耐蚀性能Corrosion resistance of silane-based composite nano-materials film on surface of hot dip galvanised steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用浸涂技术,在热镀锌钢表面制备复合纳米γ-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷膜。通过线性伏安扫描法和交流阻抗法研究热镀锌钢表面复合纳米硅烷膜在3.5%的氯化钠溶液中的耐蚀性能,用扫描电镜(SEM)研究热镀锌钢表面复合纳米硅烷膜在腐蚀前后的形貌变化。结果表明,表面涂覆复合纳米硅烷膜层的热镀锌钢与空白热镀锌钢相比,自腐蚀电流密度下降4个数量级,极化腐蚀电流密度下降6个数量级,自腐蚀电位正移0.036 V,极化阻抗值增大3倍。测试表明,在3.5%的氯化钠溶液中当阳极过电位为0.68 V时,空白热镀锌钢试样表面腐蚀十分厉害,但表面存在复合纳米硅烷膜的镀锌钢在腐蚀前后其形貌几乎不变,说明复合纳米硅烷膜具有很好的耐蚀性能。
