白光发射材料的制备和光学性能研究Preparation and Characterization of White-light Emitting Nano-Phosphor Powder

摘要(Abstract)：
用溶胶- 凝胶法,在ZnS基质中直接掺杂过渡金属元素Cu ,Mn ,并适当调整Cu ,Mn的掺杂量,获得白光发射且操作工艺简单的纳米ZnS :Cu ,Mn荧光粉,使用XRD ,UV和PL等方法研究了粉粒的粒径、结构及荧光特性。
