焊接温度对Cu/Al真空扩散焊接接头组织与性能的影响Effect of welding temperature on microstructure and properties of Cu/Al vacuum diffusion welded joints

摘要(Abstract):
采用真空扩散焊接技术对铜/铝异种材料进行焊接,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、万能力学试验机、电阻率测试仪等对焊接接头界面的显微组织、物相成分和物理性能进行研究。结果表明:Cu/Al焊接接头界面金属间化合物的种类和厚度与焊接温度有关,界面处生成的物相有θ-Al_2Cu、η-AlCu、δ-Al_2Cu_3和γ-Al_4Cu_9;接头的抗剪切强度随焊接温度的升高呈先升高后降低的趋势,当焊接温度为530℃时,抗剪切强度最大,为16.5 MPa;接头断裂主要发生在θ相附近,部分发生于γ相和η相;接头的电阻率与界面金属间化合物层的物相、厚度和均匀性密切相关,且随焊接温度的升高而降低,当焊接温度为550℃时,接头的最低电阻率,为2.4×10~(-5)Ω·cm。
