304奥氏体不锈钢冷拉拔过程中的微观组织不均匀性Microstructure inhomogeneous of 304 austenitic stainless steel during cold drawing

摘要(Abstract):
利用硬度测试、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)、能谱仪(EDS)、透射菊池衍射(TKD)和透射电镜(TEM)等对304奥氏体不锈钢冷拉拔过程中的微观组织进行研究。结果表明:304奥氏体不锈钢原始盘条中存在少量α′马氏体,且中心区域的马氏体体积分数高于表面区域。在拉拔过程中,钢丝的硬度沿钢丝表面至中心呈增加的趋势,这主要是由马氏体在钢丝半径方向上的不均匀分布造成的,即沿钢丝半径方向不同的轴向应变导致了边部至中心区域不同的织构及马氏体体积分数。另外,在冷拉拔过程中未发现明显的元素偏析现象。
