原始孔洞缺陷周围应力分布对镍基单晶高温合金组织演变的影响Effect of stress distribution around original pore defects on microstructure evolution of Ni-based single crystal superalloy

摘要(Abstract):
在高温低应力条件下,研究了DD6镍基单晶合金原始疏松孔洞周围应力分布及其与附近γ′相筏化之间的关系。通过有限元模拟和实验验证发现:原始孔洞形貌和取向对于其界面周围组织稳定性有重要影响,单向加载条件下,疏松孔洞界面主要集中拉应力;孔洞长轴取向越接近于外加载荷方向,其周围γ′发生筏化面积越大。蠕变微裂纹优先由某些形貌取向有利于其周围组织筏化的孔洞界面处产生。
