热处理温度对Ni-P/Al2O3/石墨烯复合刷镀层性能的影响Effect of heat treatment temperature on properties of Ni-P/Al2O3/graphene composite coatings by electro-brush plating

摘要(Abstract):
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Al_2O_3溶胶,并用表面活性剂对氧化石墨烯颗粒进行改性,通过透射电镜(TEM)对Al_2O_3溶胶、石墨烯分散液在镀液中的分散情况进行了表征。然后采用电刷镀技术在优质合金钢表面制备了Ni-P/Al_2O_3/石墨烯复合刷镀层,对制备的Ni-P/Al_2O_3/石墨烯涂层进行100~500℃的热处理,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、显微硬度计、电化学工作站和摩擦磨损试验机等研究了其微观形貌、力学及摩擦学性能。结果表明:Al_2O_3溶胶和改性后的石墨烯分散液在复合镀液中具有良好的分散性和稳定性。当热处理温度达到400℃时,Ni-P/Al_2O_3/石墨烯镀层表面致密、未出现裂纹,显微硬度高达869.8 HV0.2,耐磨性最佳,其平均摩擦系数为0.11,表明热处理有效改善了Ni-P/Al_2O_3/石墨烯复合涂层的磨损性能和摩擦系数。同时,经热处理后复合镀层的耐腐蚀性能比镀态好。
