时效处理对新型Al-Li-Cu系合金组织和性能的影响Effect of aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of a new Al-Li-Cu alloy

摘要(Abstract):
采用TEM研究了时效处理对一种新型Al-Li-Cu系合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:合金中的强化相主要有δ'相、T1相、θ'/θ″相、δ'/β'(Al3Zr)和T1/θ'相。随着时效时间的延长,首先析出大量θ″相和少量θ'相、δ'/β'相,35 h时θ″相减少,θ'相和δ'/β'相增加,37 h时主要为少量θ'相、T1/θ'相和大量T1相;随着时效温度的升高,首先析出大量δ'/β'相和少量θ″相、θ'相,143℃时以δ'、δ'/β'相和θ'相为主,148℃时主要为少量θ'相、T1/θ'相和大量T1相,合金的强度和塑性在143℃×35 h的时效条件下达到了较好的匹配。
