热处理温度对化学沉积Ni-Cu-P涂层腐蚀冲蚀性能的影响Effect on erosion resistance of Ni-Cu-P coating after heat treatment at different temperatures

摘要(Abstract):
通过对化学镀Ni-Cu-P合金镀层进行热处理,对镀态和热处理态进行电化学腐蚀试验和冲蚀试验,结合XRD、SEM、XRF等手段分析了镀层的结构、表面形貌及组成。结果表明:化学镀Ni-Cu-P合金镀层热处理后析出Ni3P相和Ni-Cu固溶体,热处理态的耐蚀耐冲蚀性能优于镀态,并且在热处理保温1 h后耐蚀耐冲蚀性能最佳。
