热处理工艺对含硫易切削钢中硫化锰夹杂物的影响Effect of heat treatment process on manganese sulfide inclusions in sulfur containing free-cutting steel

摘要(Abstract):
通过实验研究了热处理工艺对中碳含硫易切削钢YF45Mn V中硫化物形貌、数量和尺寸的影响。结果表明,1100~1250℃加热后在钢样中硫化物发生了粗化长大;在1100℃时保温2 h后硫化物发生了固溶,导致单位面积夹杂物的数量减少;随着冷却速率的增加,长条形状硫化物数量减少、纺锤状和球状硫化物数量增加;合适的高温处理工艺能够改善硫化物的形貌、数量和尺寸。
