机械镀渗锌层的组织及电化学性能Microstructure and electrochemical properties of mechanically deposited zinc diffusion coating

摘要(Abstract):
在Q235钢基体上制备了机械镀锌层,并对机械镀锌层进行了热扩散处理,采用OM(光学显微镜)、SEM(扫描电子显微镜)及其配备的EDS(能谱仪)研究分析了渗层的组织结构和化学组成;采用电化学极化法和交流阻抗法研究分析了镀渗层的电化学特征。结果表明:经500℃+3 h热扩散处理后机械镀锌层转变为渗锌层,渗层由外层和过渡层构成,渗层外层主要为Γ2相,过渡层为Γ1相,渗层外层呈柱状晶结构。电化学测试结果表明,机械镀锌层经热渗处理后,耐电化学腐蚀性能明显增强。
