热处理对烧结410不锈钢组织和性能的影响Influence of heat treatment on microstructure and properties of sintered 410 stainless steel

摘要(Abstract):
通过热处理方法消除了410不锈钢粉末注射成形烧结试样在高温烧结过程中产生的晶界偏析,同时控制δ铁素体含量与形态,改善了试样的硬度、抗弯强度、抗拉强度和伸长率。利用Thermo-calc软件计算得到410不锈钢相图,结合试验结果分析了不同淬火温度对试样中δ铁素体含量的影响,以及淬火温度和δ铁素体对试样力学性能的影响,本实验得到的最佳淬火温度为1080℃。
