L415/316L复合管免充氩焊接接头耐蚀性能Corrosion resistance of welded joints of L415 /316L bimetal lined pipe fabricated by free-argon welding

摘要(Abstract):
对L415/316L复合管进行了充氩和免充氩焊接,采用电化学测试、挂片实验和电子探针对接头内壁耐蚀性和化学成分进行了分析。结果表明,管径、是否采用氩气保护焊接影响焊缝内壁的耐蚀性,小管径及充氩焊接接头的耐蚀性具有优于大管径及免充氩焊接接头的耐蚀性的趋势。腐蚀速率表明,管径、是否采用氩气保护对焊接接头的耐蚀性影响较小。与复合管的内衬层相比,不锈钢层的主要元素变化不大,保证了焊缝良好的耐蚀性。从耐蚀性角度,免充氩焊接工艺满足L415/316L复合管工程应用要求,可以代替充氩焊接。
