热处理温度对TiO2/凹凸棒石粘土复合催化剂性能的影响Effects of heat treatment temperature on properties of TiO2/attapulgite composite catalyzer

摘要(Abstract):
以凹凸棒石粘土(ATP)为载体,通过酸性溶胶法制备了纳米TiO2/ATP复合催化剂。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、分光光度计等手段研究了复合催化剂的形貌、粒径、结构及光催化特性等。结果表明,ATP的加入提高了纳米TiO2晶型转变温度,并有效地抑制了TiO2晶粒的长大,复合体中TiO2晶粒尺寸比采用相同工艺获得的纯TiO2晶粒小,锐钛矿相和金红石相的相变温度分别提高了300℃和350℃。光催化甲醛试验结果证实,复合催化剂的光催化效果明显优于纯TiO2,复合体经850℃煅烧后的光催化效果最佳,甲醛实际降解率达到98%以上,ATP的吸附作用促进了光催化反应的深入进行。
