热输入对2205双相不锈钢焊接接头组织及耐蚀性的影响Influence of heat input on microstructure and intergranular corrosion properties of 2205 duplex stainless steel welded joints

摘要(Abstract):
采用改变焊接速度来控制焊接热输入的方法,对20 mm厚的热轧态2205双相不锈钢中厚板进行了4组不同热输入条件下的TIG焊焊接实验,对焊接接头的耐晶间腐蚀性能和显微组织进行了测试与分析。结果表明:当焊接热输入Q≤1.9 kJ·mm~(-1)时,焊接接头的晶间腐蚀弯曲表面裂纹发生率高,随着热输入的增大,裂纹发生率逐渐降低,当热输入Q≥2.4 kJ·mm~(-1)时,焊接接头已无晶间腐蚀弯曲表面裂纹出现;当焊接热输入Q值在1.9 kJ·mm~(-1)至2.4 kJ·mm~(-1)范围内,随着焊接热输入的增加,在铁素体基体中的奥氏体相由网格状形态转变为孤岛状、条块状形貌,且均匀弥散分布在基体中,同时焊接接头热影响区中奥氏体相的体积分数逐渐增多。
