镁合金点焊过程中孔洞形成的工艺依存性Process dependency of pore formation during resistance spot welding of magnesium alloy

摘要(Abstract):
探讨了A231B镁合金表面状态、制造态以及工艺垫片类型对电阻点焊过程中孔洞生成的影响。通过对接头横断面观察,采用孔洞面积分数评价了各类接头中孔洞生成的工艺依存性。结果表明母材中既存微孔和焊前母材表面状态对接头孔洞面积分数的影响很小;镁合金点焊过程中孔洞生成的主要因素是由热收缩与飞溅。通过延长电流缓降时间、提高电极压力能够抑制孔洞的生成。
