TC4钛合金表面微弧氧化制备多孔陶瓷层的能耗Energy consumption for porous ceramic layer on TC4 titanium alloy surface by micro-arc oxidation

摘要(Abstract):
为了研究低能耗对膜层性能影响,利用自制微弧氧化设备在乙酸钙-磷酸盐体系对TC4钛合金进行微弧氧化处理,采用多重正交实验,从膜层厚度、单位能耗出发,确定了TC4钛合金在乙酸钙-磷酸盐体系中的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,膜层最厚的较佳工艺参数为:475 V、300 Hz、15 min、Ca/P=2;低能耗的较佳工艺参数为:425 V、300 Hz、20 min、Ca/P=1.5;两种膜层物相中都含有Ti O2相及具有生物活性的钙磷化合物相;最厚膜层(电解液Ca/P为2)中Ca/P达到1.43,最为接近人体骨骼羟基磷灰石中的Ca/P为1.67。这两种氧化膜的腐蚀电位相对于未处理的基体均发生了正移,而最厚膜层的正移幅度更大,都有助于提高TC4钛合金的耐蚀性。
