深冷处理对黄铜组织与力学性能的影响Effects of cryogenic treatment on microstructure and mechanial properties of brass

摘要(Abstract):
利用纳米力学测试系统测试黄铜经深冷处理前后的硬度、弹性模量和摩擦系数,并借助金相显微镜、SEM/EDS和TEM对深冷处理前后黄铜的组织进行分析。在此基础上,探讨了深冷处理对黄铜微观力学性能的影响。结果表明:深冷处理能细化黄铜组织,增大黄铜的硬度、弹性回复系数和硬弹比,减小摩擦系数,有效地提高了合金的抗压痕形变能力。
