低频电磁铸造5083(Er)铝合金的组织性能Microstructure and properties of 5083(Er) aluminium alloy prepared by low frequency electromagnetic casting

摘要(Abstract):
采用差热分析(DSC)、电导率和拉伸性能测试并结合光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)及能谱分析(EDS)等分析手段,研究了低频电磁铸造5083(Er)铝合金的过烧行为和不同均匀化温度下的组织和力学性能。结果表明:随均匀化温度的升高,合金的抗拉强度逐渐升高在510℃达最大值而后略有降低;电导率在490℃升至最高,在490~520℃间保持不变,在540℃急剧降低。通过组织观察、DSC实验和电导率测试综合确定合金的过烧温度为540℃。在470℃均匀化时,在组织中观察到大量100~700μm的MnAl6/FeMnAl6板条;在490℃均匀化时,开始有5~20nm的ErAl3相颗粒析出,位错是它们析出的择优地点;510℃均匀化时,MnAl6/FeMnAl6和ErAl3相最多;温度继续升高,这些相发生粗化而数量减少。
