高温CO2腐蚀产物膜的结构特征与磨损性能Structure Characteristics and Wear Behavior of CO2 Corrosion Scales Formed at High Temperature

摘要(Abstract):
在高温高压静态釜的模拟油田采出液中用N80钢制取了CO2腐蚀产物膜,用扫描电镜测定了膜表面晶粒大小和厚度并分别观察了腐蚀膜磨损前后的形貌特征,利用自制的磨损装置对比分析了在水砂两相介质中膜的磨损性能与成膜温度、膜层形貌和结构、流速及砂粒度之间的关系。结果表明,腐蚀膜的断面形貌呈双层结构;膜表面晶粒大小和厚度随着温度而变化,膜初速磨损量和总磨损量随着成膜温度的变化分别与表面晶粒大小和膜厚相对应;内层膜的耐磨性能比表层的要好,靠近基体表面,耐磨性能提高;砂粒度越大或转速越高,膜的磨损量越多。
