Cr23C6和NbC颗粒析出模式对FeMnSiCrNiC合金组织及形状记忆效应的影响Influence of precipitation pattern of Cr23C6 and NbC on microstructure and shape memory effect of FeMnSiCrNiC alloys

摘要(Abstract):
采用SEM和XRD方法研究了Cr_(23)C_6和NbC颗粒析出模式对FeMnSiCrNiC合金组织及形状记忆效应的影响。结果表明:FeMnSiCrNiC合金经10%拉伸变形后在1073K温度时效能在较短时间内极大地提高合金的形状记忆效应。Cr_(23)C_6颗粒优先在γ/δ相界面、γ/ε相界面、γ晶界处形核,Cr_(23)C_6颗粒的形核受界面形核机制控制;NbC颗粒优先在γ相晶内的位错、层错等缺陷处形核,NbC颗粒的形核受位错或层错形核机制控制。NbC在热力学方面比Cr_(23)C_6更稳定。
