稀土合金化对钛合金激光焊接接头超塑变形行为的影响Effect of rare earth alloying on superplastic deformation behavior of titanium alloy laser welded joint

摘要(Abstract):
通过在TC4钛合金激光焊缝中添加Yb_2O_3,以提高接头超塑性变形均匀性,观察Yb_2O_3对焊缝超塑性变形前后组织的影响,并以等轴化系数表征组织在超塑变形中的演变进程。结果表明,Yb_2O_3的加入能够提高焊缝的超塑性能,从而提高接头的变形均匀性。加入Yb_2O_3后能够降低焊缝原始β晶粒尺寸,并推动焊缝针状组织的等轴化进程,促进超塑性变形。随着Yb_2O_3含量的升高,其作用效果呈现先增加后减小的趋势,当Yb_2O_3含量为6 mass%时效果最佳,焊缝伸长率达到最大54.8%,变形协调系数K最大为0.21;β晶粒尺寸最小为308μm,等轴化系数J达到最大0.26。
